Abdul-Rahim Al-Shammari

Abdul-Rahim Jasim Mohammed Mutlak Al-Shammari is an Iraqi politician from Nineveh, born in Al-Ba'aj on 1 June 1971. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Al-Hadba University College. He served on the Al-Ba'aj municipal council (2004-2005), as district governor (2005-2009), and as a member of the Nineveh Provincial Council (2009-2014). He later served as Chair of the Parliamentary Human Rights Committee (2016-2018) and became a member of the Integrity Committee.
